Egg Whites Fry is a very simple and healthy fry which is cholesterol free by removing the yellow part. This fry tastes good with hot rice.

Green Chillies (chopped) |

Ginger Garlic paste |
½ Tsp

Red chilli pwd |
½ Tsp

Garam masala pwd |
¼ Tsp

Turmeric |
⅛ Tsp

Salt |
To Taste

Dried Red chillies |

Garlic (minced) |
1 Clove
|
Urad dal |
1 Tsp
|
Cumin seeds (Jeera) |
½ Tsp
|
Mustard seeds |
1 Tsp

Curry Leaves |

Oil |
1 Tbsp
|
Process:
- Heat oil in a pan and do the seasoning by adding red chillies, urad dal, jeera, mustard seeds and curry leaves.
- Add chopped onions and chopped green chillies and fry until golden color.
- Mean while take the boiled eggs and make into half to remove the yellow part.
- After removing the yellow, chop the boiled whites into small pieces.
- After the onions are fried add the ginger garlic paste and fry for a min.
- Add the chopped boiled white eggs, salt and fry until light golden color.
- Add red chilli pwd, garam masala and fry for a min.
- Serve with rice like a side dish.
