Here is the Ravva Laddu recipe:
Ravva Laddu is my favorite sweet from my childhood which is prepared with sooji, dry coconut powder, sugar and garnished with cashews & raisins. I tried this for the first time and it tasted very yummy and delicious.

1 ½ Cups

Elachi (Cardamom pwd) |

Milk |
½ Cup

Ghee/Butter |
4-6 Tbsps

|
Process:
- Take a pan & add little ghee and fry sooji ravva on a med flame until light golden in color.
- Take the fried ravva into a wide bowl. Add sugar to the ravva.
- Now add little ghee to the pan and fry the dry coconut pwd on med heat until light golden in color. Add the fried coconut powder to the sooji. Add the elachi powder.
- Fry cashews and raisins in ghee until light brown in color. Add them to ravva.
- Mix all the ingredients in the bowl.
- Slowly add little by little milk until we get a laddu from the mixture.
