Pav Bhaji is a popular fast food dish/street food from Mumbai where Pav means bread (soft buns) and Bhaji means boiled & mashed mixed vegetable curry cooked with pav bhaji masala. Generally i make in the evenings as a snack.

Pav bhaji masala (MDH Brand) |

Red chilli pwd |
1 Tsp

Turmeric |
⅛ tsp

Lemon juice |
2-3 tsp

Coriander leaves (chopped) |

Oil/ Butter |

Process:
- Pressure cook all the vegetables or boil them in the microwave. Mash all the vegetables after they are boiled using a masher.
- Heat oil in pan and fry the onions, green chilles until golden golden brown color.
- Add the ginger garlic paste and fry a min.
- Then add turmeric, red chilli pwd, pav-bhaji masala, salt & chopped tomatoes and mix well. Cover and cook until the tomatoes become soft.
- Now add the mashed vegetables and required water as needed. Cover and cook on medium heat for 15-20 min.
- Lastly add lemon juice and garnish with finely chopped onions & chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve bhaji with the fried pavs.
