Process:
Cooking Time 1 hour

Maida (All purpose flour) |
½ Cup

Rice flour |
¼ Cup
|
Yogurt(sour curd) |
¾ Cup
|
Baking Soda |
A Pinch
|
Onion (finely chopped) |
1 Small
|
Green chilles (finely chopped) |
4
|
Salt |
To Taste
|
Oil |
For Deep Frying
|
Process:
- Take maida, rice flour, baking soda, yogurt into a bowl and mix well without any lumps. Keep it aside for an hour.
- Mix all the remaining ingredients (chopped onions, green chillies & salt) .
- Heat oil in the deep fry pan.
- Make small balls from the dough & fry them in the oil until golden brown color.
- Remove them after frying on to an absorbent paper.
- Serve hot with peanut chutney or tomato chutney.
