Kodi Guddu Pulusu | Eggs in Tamarind Gravy is an andhra dish where boiled eggs are cooked in onions and tamarind gravy. In all the pulusu korallu like bendakayi(okra) pulusu, sorakayi(bottle gourd) pulusu, chamadumpa pulusu, vankayi(brinjal) pulusu and chepela(fish) pulusu the tamarind is the main ingredient. This curry is generally served with hot rice.

- Heat oil in pan and add the seasoning ingredients.
- Add chopped onions and green chilles. Fry them until light brown in color.
- Add Ginger Garlic paste and fry for 1 min.
- Now add juice extracted from tamarind and 1 cup of water and boil for 5 min.
- Add salt, turmeric, sugar & red chilli pwd. Let it cook for 3 min.
- Add the boiled eggs and allow it to cook for 10 - 15 min until the curry thickens.
- Remove from heat & serve hot with rice.
