Mamidikayi Tokkudu Pachadi is very spicy and delicious chutney which is made with raw mango, red chillies and other spices. I learnt this pachadi from my mom and its my favorite from my childhood. This chutney is good with plain rice / any kind of dosas / curd rice.

- In a mixi grind red chillies, fenegreek, mustard seeds, urad dal and channa dal into powder.
- Take the chopped mango pieces, garlic, powder(from the mixi), salt & grind them into small pieces in a food chopper.
- Heat oil in a pan, fry red chillies, minced garlic, urad dal, cumin, mustard seeds & curry leaves.
- Add the seasoning to the pachadi and mix well.
- Serve with rice, curd rice or any dosa.
