Mysore Bajji | Mysore Bonda

Mysore Bajji is an easy and quick snack in the evenings during the rainy days which is prepared with the batter of maida, rice flour and yogurt. It is tasty and delicious snack which is loved by everyone ...
Cooking Time 1 hour
Serves 3 - 4 Persons  

Ingredients:

Maida (All purpose flour)
½ Cup
Rice flour
¼ Cup
Yogurt(sour curd)
¾ Cup
Baking Soda
A Pinch
Onion (finely chopped)
1 Small
Green chilles (finely chopped)

Salt
To Taste
Oil
For Deep Frying

Process:
  • Take maida, rice flour, baking soda, yogurt into a bowl and mix well without any lumps. Keep it aside for an hour.
  • Mix all the remaining ingredients (chopped onions, green chillies & salt) .
  • Heat oil in the deep fry pan.
  • Make small balls from the dough & fry them in the oil until golden brown color.
  • Remove them after frying on to an absorbent paper.
  • Serve hot with peanut chutney or tomato chutney.
